Panamarenko makes constructions from deceptive simplicity. His harnesses may often miss more essential elements than they possess, but the few qualities that they do have are more than sufficient to arouse the feeling of reliability and efficiency. This applies once more to the graceful Kingfisher. This feather-light aircraft made of transparent Plexiglas has small flappers on both ends of the wings, indicated by a red cross. This fragile work may be too fragile to ever go up in the air, but Panamarenko attribute the special properties.
