The work is called a Chromointerference Manipulable Mike Galet. It is from 2009. The card is made with a lenticular effect, you can see the effect of the work changing as you look from a different angle. There are 3 different lenticular effects - showing different colored circles combinations. Dimensions work 14cm x 14cm. Dimensions frame 25cm x 25cm x 4cm. These are very hard to find on the market, as it was issued in very limited numbers. The work is in very good condition.
