Very nice poster by Bram Bogart for his exhibition in Museum Boymans - Van Beuningen Rotterdam, 1984. Signed by hand. In good condition with some minor signs of use. The Dutch-Belgian painter Bram Bogart was also known as Abraham van den Boogaart. He has been painting abstract since the 1950s. He was inspired by C_zanne and later used a simplified style when it comes to painting. From 1943 to 1948 he worked in The Hague, which he alternated with Delft and France. Bram Bogart was one of the most progressive artists of the informal group from the 1950s. This means that he practiced informal painting such as action painting and dripping
