Beautiful drawing with pastel/chalk. The work is 27 x 20 cm and it has a gold-coloured frame of 43 x 30 cm. See my other lots for a matching work. Anton Heyboer (Sabang, 9 February 1924 – Den Ilp, 9 April 2005) was a Dutch painter and etcher. He lived with four women in a commune in Den Ilp (Landsmeer, the Netherlands). The "fifth" woman was his art saleswoman at the other side of the road. Although he himself had an aversion to the art world, he is now an internationally recognized and renowned artist and his work is in various museums.
