This work was created after photographing moving images in a film. The lady is enjoying the sun on a purple inflatable air mattress. She moves the water with her legs. Lambert Oostrum is still active as a visual artist. In the beginning of his career he won the Alfons Blomme prize in 1987. Lambert has recently been working more abstractly with some figuration now and then.
